Apart from our casting machine, we also offer various types of Electric Annealing Furnace for Muffle Furnace and Conveyor, Conveyor Furnaces Type Sheet Annealing Furnace. We also have provisions for manufacturing annealing furnaces instituted with ammonia crackers that facilitate bright annealing for metals like Copper, Silver, Brass and Gold Strip. The annealing machine has a panel containing a conveyor with DC motor speed control of the order 5 mm per minute to 150 mm per minute. The conveyor is either chain type or a 310 SS wire mesh. Made with Knothole and Ni chrome wire, the furnace is internally insulated by using ceramic fibers having low mass and high density. All components and material used in the production are of high quality and obtained from reliable sources.
